QR Memorial was born from a shared pain. We are two young people who lost someone dear: for her, a brother; for me, my best friend. That person was the same one who brought us together, and in the grief of losing him, we both found ourselves asking the same question: how could we continue to feel him close?

From that question, the idea was born. Not as a million-dollar project, but as a need, the need to find a way to preserve the memories, the laughter, the voice, the stories of those who are no longer here, and make them accessible to those who loved them.
