Content reporting
Last updated: 4 August 2026
QR Memorial lets customers publish commemorative content (texts, photos, videos) and, where enabled, comments. This page explains how to report unlawful or inappropriate content.
1. What you can report
You may report content you believe is unlawful or harmful, for example:
- offensive, threatening or discriminatory content;
- third-party rights infringements (e.g. unauthorised use of photos or texts);
- clearly illegal content;
- spam or abusive use of the platform.
2. How to report a comment
On the memorial page, use the “Report” button next to the comment (or “Request removal” when available). Provide a reason and, optionally, a contact email.
The report is sent to the service operator for review.
3. How to report other content
For photos, videos, memorial texts or other cases not covered by the “Report” button, email info@qrmemorial.com including:
- link or reference to the memorial/page;
- description of the content;
- reason for the report;
- your contact details.
4. What we do after a report
We review reports diligently and, where needed, suspend or remove content that is clearly unlawful or breaches our terms.
Timing depends on complexity; for clear, complete reports we aim for an initial response within a few business days.
We may ask for more information. Where required by law or authority orders, we cooperate as applicable.
5. Abuse of the reporting system
Reports must be made in good faith. Repeated, false or abusive reports may be ignored and, in serious cases, may lead to service restrictions.
